What is Clearpay?

Clearpay is a popular “buy now, pay later” payment service that lets you split the cost of your treatment into 4 interest-free instalments over approximately 6 weeks, instead of paying the full amount upfront.

This means you can book and enjoy your treatment now and pay in smaller, regular instalments that suit your budget.

How Clearpay Works

Here’s how it works when you choose Clearpay for the first time:
  2. Create a Clearpay account Download the Clearpay app or visit the Clearpay website. You’ll need your email, phone number, address, date of birth, and a valid debit or credit card to register. Clearpay will give you a payment plan that splits your total cost into four equal instalments.
    1. Contact Fusion Health Care Once you have a Clearpay account, contact our admin team and let us know you’d like to use Clearpay for your payment.
    1. Get your Clearpay payment link We will send you a secure Clearpay payment link so you can complete your purchase using the instalment plan.
  1. Make your payments Pay the first instalment when you checkout, and the remaining three instalments will be collected automatically every two weeks from your card.

Important Things to Know

  • Interest-free There’s no extra interest when you pay on time.
  • If you miss a payment, Clearpay may charge a late fee (for example, £6 per missed payment, with caps depending on the order value).
  • You must be 18+ and a UK resident to use Clearpay.
  • You can view your payment schedule and make early payments through your Clearpay account.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay’s behalf.
